About this release
Nitro PDF Pro is a PDF suite that made its name by wearing a familiar face. The interface is an office style ribbon, so anyone who works in a word processor already knows where the tools are, and that shallow learning curve is a large part of why offices standardise on it. Underneath the friendly surface is a full authoring suite for editing, converting, form work and signing.
Editing covers the text and images inside a document, with paragraph reflow and font matching, alongside the page management to combine, split, reorder and renumber across files. Conversion is a particular strength, batch converting a folder of documents to PDF and exporting PDFs back to Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the structure preserved, which is the daily grind in a lot of document heavy workplaces.
The enterprise edition is prepared for scale. Signing and request workflows handle approvals, redaction removes sensitive content properly, and the deployment side is set up so an administrator can roll it out across many machines with a consistent configuration and a licensing state that does not need touching per seat. For an office that lives in documents and wants one predictable tool on every desk, it is built for exactly that.

What people are saying
The ribbon means new staff need zero training. They already know where everything is. That is why it is on every desk here.
Batch converted a folder of a hundred documents to PDF in one go. Export back to Word held up on the clean ones.
Deployment config put it on forty machines with the same setup and no per seat licensing fiddling.
