Installation notes
Follow these in order. Most reports of a failed install come from skipping a step rather than from the package itself.
- Disconnect from the network before you start.
- Turn off real time protection for the duration of the install.
- Extract the archive to a short path such as C:\Setup.
- Run the installer as administrator and select the toolboxes you want, or take the full set.
- Let the install run, it is a large package and takes a while on any disk.
- Launch once, confirm the workspace opens, then reconnect the network.

Things worth knowing
- The full toolbox set is large, deselect the domains you do not need to save a lot of disk space.
- Block the application in your firewall if you do not want it checking a licence state online.
- Simulink pulls in its own component set, expect a longer install if you keep it selected.
