Installation notes

Follow these in order. Most reports of a failed install come from skipping a step rather than from the package itself.

1. Disconnect from the network before you start.
2. Turn off real time protection for the duration of the install.
3. Extract the archive to a short path such as C:\Setup.
4. Run the installer as administrator, it is a large package and takes a while.
5. Let it finish, then launch once and confirm the architectural tools load.
6. Close the application and reconnect the network.

• Install the certified graphics driver for your card, an uncertified driver can cause redraw problems on large drawings.
• Anyone on plain AutoCAD sees the architectural objects as proxy geometry, export as standard geometry when sharing widely.
• Block the application in your firewall if you do not want it checking a licence state online.
