About this release
This is the offline model pack for the neural filter set that lives inside the image editor, the collection of tools that generate new pixels rather than just adjusting the ones already there. Normally these filters stream their model files down the first time each one is used, which means a network connection and a wait, and this pack puts the whole model set on disk so every filter is ready from the first click with nothing to download.
The filters cover the jobs that used to be slow manual retouching. Skin smoothing evens a portrait while keeping texture, the portrait tools adjust expression, gaze and lighting after the shot, colour transfer borrows the grade of one image onto another, and the restoration and depth tools reconstruct and separate an image in ways that would be painstaking by hand. Each produces a normal layer you can mask and blend.
This is an add on to an existing image editor rather than a standalone application, so it installs its models where the editor looks for them and then appears in the filter menu. The value is having the whole set available offline and unlocked, so the filters that are otherwise gated or streamed are all present. This build matches the 2023 filter generation.

Installation notes
Follow these in order. Most reports of a failed install come from skipping a step rather than from the package itself.
- Disconnect from the network before you begin.
- Pause real time protection for the duration.
- Close the image editor if it is open.
- Run the installer as administrator and point it at the editor's filter location.
- Apply the included unlock step so the gated filters appear.
- Open the editor, check the filter menu, then reconnect.

Things worth knowing
- This is an add on, it needs a compatible image editor already installed to appear in.
- The neural filters want a capable GPU, without one they fall back to the processor and slow right down.
- Match the pack to the editor build, a mismatched host may not show every filter.

What people are saying
Every filter ready with no download on first use. That alone is why I grabbed the offline pack.
The portrait tools fixed a half closed eye on a group shot. Outputs a layer so I could mask it in.
Colour transfer borrowed a look from a reference frame cleanly. Handy starting point for a grade.
