About this release
KMSOffline is a single utility with a single button, aimed at people who want the licensing step done without a menu of choices to work through. It runs offline, does its work from one small window, and installs nothing, which is the same portable philosophy behind the rest of this family of tools but pared down to the simplest possible interface.
The offline part is in the name and it is the point. It does its work entirely on the local machine with no server contact required, which suits an air gapped machine or one where you would simply rather nothing reached out over the network during setup. When it is finished, there is no resident component and no scheduled task, so nothing keeps running afterward.
It covers the operating system and the office suite in the one window. Being portable, it is removed by deleting it, and being a single button, there is very little to get wrong. This build is the current version of the utility, running from a folder or a stick.

Installation notes
Follow these in order. Most reports of a failed install come from skipping a step rather than from the package itself.
- Extract the archive to a folder you control, not a system location.
- Exclude that folder in your security software, or it will be quarantined on sight.
- Run the utility as administrator.
- Press the single action button and wait for it to report done.
- Close the utility.
- Delete the folder if you do not want it left on the machine.

Things worth knowing
- Every security product flags this category of tool, that is expected behaviour for what it is.
- It is portable by design, so nothing is registered and removing the folder removes it entirely.
- Run it as administrator, without elevation it opens and then fails immediately.
